PIC was founded in 1974 by Mr.Aly Wally (ex-minister of Petroleum)
• One of the first companies to start representing foreign companies
(especially American & European) to do business in Egypt
• Main focus is on the energy and energy related sectors: oil & gas,
refineries, petrochemicals and others
• PIC has a sister company (Union Group) focused on industrial agencies
and representing few global names such as Desmet Ballestra, Novo
Nordisk and others.
• Both companies key activities include:
• Representing foreign companies to do business in Egypt
(agencies)
• Conducting feasibility studies
• Arranging for joint venture between local and foreign companies
• Providing consultancy services for existing projects
